The factory is designed with modular clean room panels to facilitate uni- direction flow of Men and Materials with separate entry and each rooms are having individual air lock for secondary change.
Well equipped HVAC System installed as per WHO GMP requirement to control the Temperature and Humidity.
Differential pressure is maintained between the Manufacturing area and Corridor.
Manufacturing areas are maintained as per ISO class 8.
Equipped with manufacturing equipment conforming to WHO GMP standards. The QC labs is fully equipped to conduct all relevant testing using sophisticated instruments like IR, UV, HPLC etc.
The facility is managed by trained professionals working within the laid down frame work of a robust QMS.
All RM, Primary and Secondary PM are sourced through approved vendors.
